You can reach us through the WhatsApp and Zalo contact buttons shown throughout this website (phone number: +84 777 404 917). At this time, this website does not publish a dedicated business email address, postal address, or registered company details.
3. Information We Collect
We only collect information in the following situations:
- When you contact us to book a tour — via the WhatsApp or Zalo buttons on this site.
- When you submit a traveler review — through the review form on our Guest Book page.
- Ordinary technical data that any website server receives — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, generated automatically as part of how the web works and used mainly for security and performance.
We do not ask visitors to create an account, and this site does not include a general newsletter sign-up or a traditional on-site contact form that stores your details in our database.
4. Contact and Booking Enquiries
The « Check Availability », « Chat on WhatsApp », and « Chat on Zalo » buttons on this website open a direct conversation in WhatsApp or Zalo, sometimes with a short pre-filled message (for example, a general availability request). This website itself does not collect, store, or process the details you then send — that conversation happens directly between you and Vinh inside WhatsApp or Zalo.
Any information you choose to share in that conversation (such as your name, travel dates, number of travelers, or preferred pickup location) is handled according to WhatsApp’s or Zalo’s own privacy practices, since those are separate services operated by Meta and by VNG respectively, not by this website.
5. Traveler Reviews
This site uses the Site Reviews plugin to collect and display traveler reviews on our Guest Book page. When you submit a review, the following information may be collected as part of that submission:
- your star rating and review text;
- the name you choose to provide;
- your email address;
- the date of submission;
- technical information used for spam and duplicate-submission prevention (such as your IP address).
Your name and the text of your review may be displayed publicly on this website once submitted. Your email address is never displayed publicly — it is used only for internal purposes such as limiting repeat submissions and reducing spam.
Reviews on this site are currently published automatically once they pass our automated spam-prevention checks; they are not individually reviewed by a person before appearing on the site.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile and Spam Protection
The review submission form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a widget that helps verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated bot. To do this, Turnstile may process certain technical information related to your browser, device, or request.

- WhatsApp and Zalo — used only as external messaging channels for booking enquiries, as described in Section 4. Any data shared through them is handled by Meta (WhatsApp) or VNG (Zalo) under their own privacy policies, not by this website.
We do not use this website to run general advertising networks, marketing pixels, or analytics suites beyond what is listed above.
